After a keynote speech "Rise of the Machine Shopper" and keynote speeches on the revised Payment Services Directive PSD II, the trends in the payment area and on platforms and marketplace models, the participants will develop concrete starting points for different payment processes in Connected Living as well as implementation approaches for their companies in a method-led workshop, moderated by our member zero360. Live demos will illustrate new technological approaches.
The use of new technologies affects consumer behavior today more than ever: Digital services such as chatbots, apps, automated reordering of food and consumer goods, booking concierge services and entertainment applications conveniently via Smart TV or shopping via voice control extend the spectrum of the digital Connected Life fundamentally, lifting the shopping, service - and booking process to a higher level and allow the development of new customer offers and interfaces.
